The return policy
MAYBE swimwear hopes you are happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have thirty days from the date you received the order to return your product. MAYBE swimwear has a number of rules for this:
- It must be returned in the original packaging;
- The product must be purchased from MAYBE swimwear;
- Products provided with hygiene strip(s) cannot be exchanged without hygiene strip(s);
- The purchase tickets are attached to the product. Without these confirmed purchase tickets, you cannot exchange the product;
- The product must be unworn;
- The product must not be damaged or incomplete;
MAYBE swimwear has the option to refuse the return if it does not meet one of the above requirements. You will then receive an email and your money will not be refunded.
- What are the return costs?
- The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are at your expense.
